Furniture and other household. Will sell BULK and individual items. Bulk closes first. Individual must surpass bulk by at least $50 to prevail.
Example. Bulk bids $500. Individual total $500. In this case Bulk bidder is winning bidder. Same scenario Individual Bids total $550. Individual bidders are winners. Any total under $550 in this example, Bulk bidder wins.
Credit card used to register will be charged in full upon conclusion of auction. Should card be rejected a $15 re processing fee will be added to total and only wire transfer will be accepted. 15% buyers premium + 8% sales tax will be added to bid. Removal by appointment. Everything sold AS IS WHERE IS.
