IMPORTANT NOTICE AUCTION SALE IS FOR EXPORT ONLY
(Need to sign acceptance of terms and disclaimer of shoe purchase exportation
and email to auctions@abamex.com in order to be approved to bid).
Shoe inventory cannot be sold in continental U.S.A. Ok for sale Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico and any other country or U.S. territory outside the continental U.S.
Canada and Mexico are OK as well as any other country.
Participation at the auction will require to register at (www.abamex.hibid.com). Need to use an international credit card in good standing, to register follow the instructions, use username and password is required for your own safety, you will be charged $1 Dollar at credit card registration. Bidders agree to provide another credit card info to Abamex Auction Co. if requested.
Inventory for sale is brand new inventory, unused with recent models or styles. Likewise, the shoe runs are conventional runs from 5.5. to 10 and 6 to 11 or as otherwise indicated.
A spreadsheet has been devised comprising all of the run sizes per lot as well as the number of Master cases per size run and total by lot color to aid you in your shipment. (once you see the spreadsheet it will be very easy to understand).
Shoe inventory has been broken down by Lots, each lot will have the style or Model Name with color and total number of pairs for that lot. You will notice that within the total of pairs, it has been broken down by Runs and subtotal of pairs by Run. 12b is one of the runs comprising sizes from 5.5 to 10 with ½ number sizes. 12h run comprises sizes from 6 to 11 and Yes these are U.S. sizes.
In order to find out more in depth the number of pair shoes per run of that style and color, please refer to the spreadsheet, we are providing you with a link for easy access that will provide you with shoe run specifics, and you can access it by double clicking on the inventory link. You may also request it via email.
Once you have decided as to the lots that you want to bid it’s going to be very simple, you can do a pre-bid as to how much you want to bid per lot. (pay per lot)
This is a time lapse auction, meaning that at the prescribed time the lots will be closing individually in numerical ascending order; however, closing time will be extended for 2 minutes if there’s activity within the last 2 minutes before closing and will keep extending until activity ceases. (closing could last 5 or 10 minutes x lot, but not often).

Conversely, if you don’t want to be bothered with excitement at closing time then you can opt for using the (up to bidding function) where you can put the maximum amount that you want to bid for; as an example if you want to bid a maximum of 20 dollars x pair of shoes, but there are no bids that surpass the $5 dollars then you will paying the following increment after the $5 dollars, maybe $6 dollars but you won’t be paying for the maximum of $20 dollars that your bid for. (Anyway, if you still have some doubts, please call us (858-384-3580). Yes it’s a US number.
All of the lots will be sold by the bid price times the number of pairs per lot: as an example, on a lot of 100 pairs if you bid 2 dollars there will be as follows: 100 x 2= $200 dollars.

We can help you with the shipment by palletizing the purchase and wrapping it with shrink wrap. The spreadsheet indicates the number of master cartons that you will be needing for your shipments. We are submitting the following information to help you to assess the number of pallets you need for your shipments
Average master carton dimensions – 26” x 15” x 12” (holds 12 shoe cases)
Average master carton weight - 27 pounds
Average number of master carton on a pallet - 35 cartons or more (no more than 7 ft. Height)
You can bring wooden pallets as an exchange or pay $15 dollars x pallet and $5 dollars per pallet for handling and palletizing charges.
53 ft. containers hold 24 to 26 pallets
40 ft. containers hold 20 pallets.
Average weight of master case 27lbs.
(The spreadsheet will tell you the number of master cases x lot number to aid you in your shipment assessment). With the number of master cases x pallet will be able to figure the weight x pallet.

Payment:
Wire transfer or cash at pick up will be accepted as payment form. (wire instructions will follow).
Please note that the card you registered with will be charged 10% of the total, balance in cash or wire within 48 hours.
Sales tax WILL be collected and refunded upon presentation of Bill of Lading. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment must be made within 48 hrs. from the auction closing date. Pick up is located at 9237 San Fernando Rd. in Sun Valley CA. 91352.
Need 48 hrs. notice to prepare your shipment and please call for an appointment. Warehouse will be open from 8:30 AM to 4PM Pacific Time from Monday to Friday. Buyers will have 12 working days to arrange for shipment or pick up.

Please inspect before bidding. The shoe inventory to be sold is brand new unused but depiction of photo may vary somewhat from actual shoe hue. Please inspect before bidding. It is your (buyer's) responsibility to inspect, to check legal restrictions in your area and to obtain the mandatory permits if applicable. Inventory will be sold FOR EXPORT ONLY. It's the buyer's responsibility to follow safety recommendations for all items. For shipping, you may contact UPS store, uship.com, freightquote.com or any shipper of your choice We are here to help you and you have your custom broker or shipper call us to answer any questions you may have. Forklift is available on site and will assist with loading.

Bidding on this auction will enter you into a legal contract to purchase by accepting these terms and there are no contingencies. All items must be paid in full before removal. 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all bids. Out of state buyers will pay sales tax and will get reimbursed upon presentation of bill of lading from commercial transport co. Or export paperwork from your custom broker within 5 days from auction.

Once more shoes will be sold Number of pairs x bidding amount. You will be bidding per item and will purchase all items within that lot. Example lot with 80 pair of shoes you bid 5 dollars per pair, then you will be paying $400 dollars (80x5).

WARRANTY: All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS, without guarantee of any kind. Neither descriptions nor any oral statements made by the Owner (or his agents or officers) or the Auctioneers (or his agents or officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied, as to the authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Bidder has had the right to examine the merchandise and accept it the way it is. If you are unsure about an item, please do not bid. Please inspect before bidding.

In the event of nondelivered of purchased items for any reason whatsoever, the Auctioneer's only obligation and liability to the purchaser is to return the monies deposited for such nondelivered items.
