DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
Former Wood Shop comprising wooden and metal cabinets, ab machine and dumbbells, desk L shape, printer task chair, computer table, stove, refrigerator, ornamental chair legs, racks with wire spools, multi bin cabinets with hardware, framed pictures (some seem embroidered), unfinished truck body for utility/service truck, hazardous material cabinet, cart, large qty of wood boards, planks and remnant, wood stands, metal in different kinds, sizes and types. Will sell bulk or individual lots. Pay in full auction day, Cash only. 15% buyers premium + 8% sales tax will be added to bid. Everything will sell as is where is. Removal is buyers responsibility to be coordinated with landlord.
